Ultimatebet Poker Pro Wins WSOP Bracelet

Ultimatebet poker room announced that Matt Graham, one of the newest members of its Star Players sponsored team, won Event #40, a pot-limit Omaha event, at the World Series Of Poker (WSOP).

Twenty-five-year-old Matt was signed by Ultimatebet in March and he managed to beat 295 players to secure a prize of $679,379 and his second WSOP bracelet.

“Members of the Star Players team continue to prove that online poker players can achieve equal success in the world’s biggest land-based events,” a statement from Ultimatebet says.

Cereus Online Poker Network Becomes More Popular

Ultimatebet and Absolute Poker, powered by the Cereus Online Poker Network, have reached number 6 position this week, beating Everest Poker.

It was reported last week that Cereus was just barely fighting off Microgaming’s poker network for number 7 spot. This week, Cereus has 400 average real cash player lead over Microgaming, which is at number 8.

Ultimatebet Tournament In Aruba

Aruba, tiny Caribbean island, will host the 8th annual Ultimatebet Poker Classic. Ultimatebet tournament will take place in luxurious Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino from October 3rd -10th 2009 with over 550 players.

Aruba Poker Classic Championship Event buy-in is US$5,500. Last year’s winner pocketed US$1 million.
